Glutinous Black Rice Pound Cake

This pound cake is perfect to your  afternoon tea or serve to your friends at home.  You can also freeze this cake.

Ingredients

3 large eggs

175 g glutinous black rice flour

100 dl coconut milk

75 dl vegetable oil

100 g sugar 

A pinch of salt 

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

This is how you do it
Egg and sugar mix together until it's fluffy.  It takes about 15mins. Set aside add the glutious black  rice flour a little bit and then coconut milk then oil. Mix it with spatula when it mix well you have to start again from glutinous black rice flour,  coconut  milk and oil.  Then continue until it mix well and add the baking powder and a pinch of salt. 

Get your pound form size 11x24 cm.  Grease your form with margarin and give flour on it until the form covered with a dust from flour.

Preheat oven 180C. Bake in about 30-35mins on the middle rack.
Let it cool and Enjoy!
