Homemade Sourdough Starter

I've been curious for so long about how to make sourdough starter. Honestly,  I've trying to make it about 2 times for a few years ago but it was disaster.  It was just not working. So now I'll try to make it again and I hope this one will work. After googling and searching how to make a starter so I decided to use this recipe which is I modified a little bit.  Well,  it sounds like very me who like to take a risk.

SOURDOUGH STARTER

40g peeled granny smith apple. (chopped it finely)

You will need:

These are the Ingredients and of course water which I forgot to take the picture.
